I am a college student majoring in Sociology. My passion now is health and fitness I care a lot about keeping the body clean especially the GI tract. Detoxing the colon is of utmost importance to stay healthy. this can be done through juice fasting. Apart from this my hobbies include running calisthethics exercise, hiking, rebounding and so on.
